Cacheing pages

When people come to pages their PC wil store the page for the next time...

And that's my problem..
When sombody visits my site the counter wil not increment and new things on the [page wil not be seen.
Is this preventable ???

Try something like:
header("Cache-Control: no cache, must revalidate");
header("Pragma: no cache");
header("Expires: Mon, 1 Jan 1955 00:00:01 GMT");
at the top of your php file.

How does that work ??
Must it be between php tags ???

yes it should be between php tags and it also MUST be placed before you have any output to the browser or you will see lots of errors.
