Include Problems

Ok, I am trying to use:
include ("https://secure.registerapi.com/resell.php?goto=whois&siteid=$ir_site_id");

I am getting:
Warning: main(https://secure.registerapi.com/resell.php?goto=whois&siteid=23612) [function.main]: failed to create stream: No such file or directory in /home/costfree/public_html/theme/blackgold/content/Whois.php on line 6

This tells me it can't find the file at:
https://secure.registerapi.com/resell.php?goto=whois&siteid=23612

This works if pasted in to the address of a browers, but

Any ideas?

well... the include directive only treats [url]HTTP://[/url] and [url]FTP://[/url] as files if you have <allow_url_fopen=On> set in your php.ini file, but I would assume include https as files is a bit risky, maybe you should look into open_ssl support?
