Socket Connection with Remote Sever

This is a simple question.

Will setting the chmod for a file on my server to 777, allow other servers to write the file too? I need to write a file on my server, and use it in a script, however I wont do this if other people can write the file too.

I would be most thankful for any help, 😃

Giving permision +777 to a file allows all user including other servers to write the file.
