there really isn't any stability issues, probably the only issue you will run into is register_globals and if you coded accordingly with it off, since 4.3.2 will install PHP with register_globals = On, you, of course, can turn it off, but i guess i would rather keep it off so your code is more portable, other than that, there are very few function changes, and it was mainly obscure functions that they changed slightly
