Href problems???

I just moved a friends website over from another server he had it on and I did not do the design. The problem that I am having is with the HREF... here is what he had and I guess it worked??

<a href="<?php echo $url ?>/?page=search" onMouseOut="MM_swapImgRestore()" onMouseOver="MM_swapImage('image1',''

But it is not point it the page correctly?

This is what I get in the address bar:

http://www.willtrainjobs.com/<?php%20echo%20$url%20?>/?page=search

Any help would be great!

your start side is index.html ... try making it index.php , if php is enabled it should be ok

That seemed to solve some problems...but I am still having the HREF problem on some links.

ON this page http://www.willtrainjobs.com/ click on Post New Job and you will see the problem
