Mysql Error -> localhost to IP

Hello:
I have a script that works fine when I use localhost on the mysql_connect, but when I change the variable to my own IP I get an error

Warning: mysql_fetch_array(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in ...

Why?

Hi,

Looks like you are not connecting to the database (Therefor your query doesn't give a result, and gives you this error).

Hm.. Could it be that your IP is not the same as the IP set in the server config settings? (I know at my localhost the IP <> my PC-IP addr..

I am not confident in server settings, but I am sure somebody will be able to help you on this.
