Unixtime back to Plain English!

Yo yo yo...

It's late... oh, so late. I know how to take a date and use the strtotime() function to get the unixtime stamp....

But...

How in the hell does one take the unixtime stamp and put it back into nifty Month/Day/Year Time:Time:Time format?

    $theDate = date("m/d/Y H:i:s",$datTimestamp);
