help me to continue the develop of a bulletin board

Hi all,
for a university examination I have written a simple bulletin board (you can view it in action here). But now I have not the time and ability to continue its development. If someone was interested in this project he could write a post.
P.S.:
I would like to release it under GPL licence.
There aren't any problems with the language: I could translate for you the italian statements.
