PHP on IIS

Hello everyone,

I am having some problems installing one of my php programs on a Windows-based host. The problem is that it works fine on any Apache webserver, but it starts outputting crap HTML on any IIS webserver. When I look at the source I find that all the quotes are escaped (\"), among other things. Also it gives an error on IE saying something like 'Invalid character.'

Has anyone had experince with this?

I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks in advance.

Hi,

what's your php code look like? Post some of that. I run PHP on IIS and don't have any problems like this. In fact, I think this is more likely a problem with PHP then a problem with the web server.

I see what you mean.. I had this problem also.
You need to stripslashes.
Here's an Example.

$val = stripslashes($val);

I hope this helps.
