Other than encoding with an 1800.00 piece of software, what is the best way to reliably and easily protect your scripts as to prevent unauthorized uses?
I thought about having a small file that is hosted off my personal site that each script requires to run. The in that script, have a list of the ONLY authorized people to access that script, kinda like IP address that CAN access it. Follow me?
That little script would have a small piece of information that the script required to operate at all.
Thoughts? Ideas? Am I just insane?
