Okie this is probly an easy question for most of you Guru's out there

after you upload a file, you can add name and size after the variable to get its name and its size, is there a suffix that I can add to the variable to get its last modified information???

Well it hasn't been modified yet; it was just uploaded. You may be thinking of getting the time a file that is already on your server was modified. You can go here and have a look at the functions that you have available to you for working with the filesystem. For all your options when uploading files, go here
