Well, it's early 70's development, originally known at OASIS, and it's being pushed as a secure, multi-user, low-machine overhead business app OS.
I'd never quite think it the right thing, but this client finds the software to be good value for their needs. Only thing, as I mention, is whether THEOS is too dinosaurish to run "X" or something like it...'cuz this lady doesn't understand much about win98, much less any CLI mail client, etc., etc.,
Whaddya know about AtheOS? Looks like a good idea, but nobody's on board, to me...in contrast, THEOS is up and running, but not Open Source, and something of an enigma as a result...interesting similarity of names, but then, the last two letters are pretty predictable... :rolleyes:
