Form Mailing

I am a total noob only just started scripting php what i want to know is how do i make a form i have submit to an email address i know it is a mail() function but where do i put this in

Try this out -- it assumbs you use the POST method with your form.

Thanx i have managed to work out a basic email form that works by a tutorial but i need to make my email be automatically entered instead of the user having ot enter it which i take is what this script does
