an advanced search engine, registration and login,
is there an already made PHP code that can be

Fishcart is supposed to be highly configurable. Don't know if it matches your user auth needs. It's free....

If you try "PHP shopping cart software" at Google® you'll get a truckload of possibilities... X-cart, Midi-cart, etc., etc.
