Can anyone help me on setting up a database running off of my computer like using apache or somthing like that dont realyl care what programs it needs i have Microsoft Access aswell just incase will need that

u need to setup a database on your machine, thats pretty simple, follow this link,
http://www.mysql.com/downloads/mysql-4.0.html

download the appropriate version you need and folow the install/setup instructions

Apache is a webserver, so unless u want to use a combination of PHP/mySQL/Apache u wouldnt need that
