How do you handle php generated error and warning messages? Do you do things differently between development and production systems?
I generally use E_ALL in the production stage so the user will hardly get any.
I'd like to check both E_ALL and custom error handler; E_ALL won't protect against the DBMS falling over without warning (it's happened).
