Request for Canadian geocode information

I am sure you have all one time or another has to create several tables that’s outline all the provinces/states or cities for some reason. I am working on a website and I wanted to know where I would obtain this information for FREE!

Here are a couple sites with the data I want to acquire

http://www.zipcodeworld.com/postalcodebasic.htm

Basically I just want the following information:

Province
City Name
Postal Code (optional)

I see this type of information in use all over the Internet and there must be a source of free information some place. Can anyone provide me with a suggestion?

Hi,

Basically want I wanted was a flat file that I could just import into mySQL. Something like 3 columns of information.
