I think we're going to need a little context here... we could tell you what each character means (like €, for example, which I think means Euro), but I don't think that's what you are looking for. Where did you see these characters?
I think he actually posted some unicode that got split into several characters when he posted.
Quite right, I would imagine. My ?? would be, why, if you enter a string of it at, say, google (where else?) will you find that a whole freaking lot of sites glitch out from time to time and display it?
