Does any know of a good mysql gui application (open source) for Linux?
the one is use is phpmyadmin

there are a few others out there.
MySQL Front has now been discontinued in production, but it is a great program and can still be downloaded:

Since a bunch of hosts use it, I would have to go with phpMyAdmin. It can be your best friend locally and remotely.
