Printing in general

I have a php page that I am working on. I need to print information from the page, actually print work order information. I have used a printer friendly program, and it works great, but it does not capture the infomation that is in a scroll down box. I need to be able to print the whole work order text. Can someone tell me how I might accomplish this?

if it is able to get some of the information and not the part that is not seen on screen you could make to box bigger so that it holds all the text.
