calling php to HTML

I made a simple scritp that only shows test. but i want to call that php to my html. i try using something like this <? php include. thats as far as i got. please this is driving me LOCO! i went to other forums and they where all crap! hopefully you guys can help. as you can see im a newbie 😃

or better jet calling a php to be shown on another php. i think i wrote this right. lol

You cannot have a phpcode in an html file.. eg.. .index.html.

You must create another php file. Which will show the html from the include.

I can't follow you ... you what to include your little php script in a html doc ..simple ..you can't .. unless you make the html doc a php doc ...

Html is static and client side

php is dynamic and server side ... and sends html to the client

YOu can include php code in an .html file

IF you set the server up to allow html files to be parsed as php. nOw i know that this creates unessecary overhead but just thought i'd show that it was possible
