Dos Prompt for Windows Me?

Ok, how come I can't figure out how to launch a DOS prompt for Windows Me? Where is it hidden?

start to run, type in command.exe

or wipe ME and install XP or win98

Thanks for the advice and answer, I just upgaded from 98 to ME, mistake, but it is actually not a bad OS, but I think the next step in Linux.

btw, its not command.exe, its command.com...

or you can just type in command...

Correct me if I'm wrong, but can't you just enter command since the command.com executable is in the system32 folder?
