BGPROPERTIES to make background image height = 100% width =100%??

I want to make a background image full screen. I cant seem to find anything for bgproperties other than BGPROPERTIES="fixed"

Is there a way to strech the background image to full screen

Do you have the graphic large enough to fill a 1024 x 768 window?

actually I am using frames. If I wasnt using frames and the image was big enough to fill 1024 * 768 what would i do?

nothing, it should just fill it, is there somewhere we can see this online
