That wouldn't be hard. You'd need a script that would upload your screenshots into a directory and then store the path to the pictures in a table. Then you can use some image resizing functions and some basic queries to get the info you need. you'd want to read up on pagination, too, if you plan on having a large collection of images. But yeah.. You can handle this, man. Just sit down and work it out.
