urgent parse html problem???

i have a page from another person on another server this page return a 1 or a 0 in html format and its all this page have

so what i need is to grb this value for a if in my site like:

if ($value==1){
include this
}else{
include that
}

how is the $value being passed ?

if its in the url then try if($_GET['value'] =="1")

ok just a litle prcision the page is php file i dont have access to this page but all the page return is a 1 or nothing no html tag or anything else

if i look to the source i only see a one or nothing

but i need to grab this value and put it in $value
