How to check empty columns in a table

Hello everybody,

How can i do this one??
If i press a button, i have to check if certain columns(fields) in a table are empty.If they are empty, i want to send an e-mail to the e-mail address which is already in this table.If there are no empty columns, then i want to do some calculation using another table.

Could somebody please tell me how should i do.

Not sure of the exact sintax for checking if multiple fields are NULL in a sql call but you would need to check for

FIELD = NULL

I would go about it as SELECT * FROM table

Then in my code

If (Field == NULL) {
what you want here
}
