Need help with a Parse error

I am getting this error:

Parse error: parse error, unexpected $ in /home/wwwfulc/public_html/st/users/bio.php on line 424

I have uploaded my code in .rtf here:

Any help is appreciated. I know it's probably something stupid, but my eyes are going crossed and I could use another set.

looks like ur missing a curly bracket somewhere prob. at the end of the page

That's what I thought too, but I can't find it. I appreciate the confirmation of my thoughts though.

u did not close ur while loop or the first if statement. just insert a curley bracket at the end
