have made a registration page but 2 problems

1)the email is not sent with the generated email
2)when i try to access the login page it gives me this

Hi,

Your IF statement is ouside the <?php ?> section

Remove the precending ?> and the <?php afterwards.

here is wot i have now cause it still doesnt work
