hey all

ive just started a php script index. Its just using a free script but it has everything that i need so im happy 🙂

Anyhoo, whats the best way for me to get submissions to my site. Is there a site which lists script directories or something?

ie. if someone is starting a new script directory like hotscripts or whatever - whats the best way to get submissions to it

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated 🙂

There are sooo many sites already doing this. You need to have an angle that the others don't cover but I guess you will have thought of that.

Probably best to run a competition in conjunction with another site, most entries, highest rating entry etc wins a prize. Beware of the people posting spam entries.

to be honest i dont have an angle the others have. 🙂

Spamming is something i have definately been worried about though as the script is realtively simple and just authorises all entries

suppose im gonna have to modify the script so that i can validate all links etc
