Problem with getting php_win.exe work with php_sqlite libraries provided by latest ph

Hi,

I just want to get to your notice that the existing latest version of php_win.exe from php_gtk downloads is not supporting the SQlite libraries provided with the most latest version of php 5.

I mean it was just not working, like it is not creating a new database file or whatever. It was just exiting. Any help offeered?
