I have this question. Can someone write a script for me? I mean it can be a free script, but it have to got those options that I need. Those will be:
- it must be on MySQL
- add/edit/delete news
- add/edit/delete comments
- upload of images, and if box checked then also make a mini version of the uploaded image
- emoticons
- many users (with rights: admin and newsman)
- easy interaction with layouts
- on main page of the adminstration page is some text, that can be changed by admin (like a small FAQ or a important message). Something like in Rose 4.52
- news archives with search option
- a person that writes a comment must enter his/her login and password from the forum of that page (phpBB 2.0.4)
- at administration page: when editing/deleting a comment, IP of author will be shown

Not required but happy-to-be-seen options:
- statistics of posters (how much news post writed)
- IP ban
- categories for news, with an image for any each of them

What I can give:
- button and link on top of buttons on www.splintercell.glt.pl (about 1 000 visits per day and still growing [1-month-old site] )
- button and link on top of buttons on www.bstr.glt.pl (about 500 visits per day)
- e-mail account without the limit of MB in a single message sent (@cs.idysk.com or @cs.dysk.de + alias: @splintercell.xo.pl)

I cannot give any money for that, because I'm from Poland 🙂.

No. I don't wan't e-commerce at my sites. When I surf in the internet I just HATE pop-ups or "skyscraper" ads. Of course I could make and exception if it comes to make some cash and spend it for a script like that, but I don't wan't to lose visitors by ads 🙂 .
