search and display existing field

I've got a table where field represent different user. So my table could look like this :

fieldID --- User1 --- User2 --- User3

Now what I want to do is to search all the user field.
How can i create a request that check each field LIKE "User%"

Any suggestion will be very appreciate,

Well,

One suggestion is to change your table layout to:

Id - User
1 - User1
2 - SomeotherUser

This will make querying much easier, if not, only possible.
Is there a reason why you have the layout like this?

the reason i think i've got to a this layout is because my client got a big form that many user (and corector) have to complete.

It goes like this :

formID -- formQuestion -- User001 -- User002 -- User002c

First, my client select some user to complete the form, so when the assigned a person, an identifical field is create in the table
ex. User002, User023, ... (each time it's different)

Second, when the user complete the form, her answer is put into his associate field.

After they complete the entire form and click on the submit button, an email is send to the corrector. It also create a new field with the user identifical number add letter c
ex. for User445, a field User445c will be create.

At the end, if the correcto modify the answer, his modification will be put into his associate field, so my client will be able to view the original version and the correct version.
