[Resolved] Back button possible in PHP ??

Hi,

I have a page that is located two steps forward from a search result. On that page I want to have a button that takes the user two steps back in the browser - like pushing the "back"button in the browser window.

Is it possible? Is there a funktion in php that can do that?

Since a lot of people are turning of Java in their browsers I thought of skipping Java, so if somebody has another suggestion I would really be glad to see it.

do you need to keep information from them, why can't you just link back to that page, what exactly are you trying to do

I have a serach page with different articles. The user then klick on a link to be forwarded to a page where he reads the article.

Then it is possible for the user to go one step further on to another page to fill in a form of feedback for this article.

After the posted form I want the user to have the option to go back to the search page where he still have all the aobject he found in the search.

If you were going to use a picture, you can set the onClick attribute to do the history thing...

I Guess I will use the javascripts since it seems the best and fastest way of implementing that problem.
