how is it that some posts stretch all the way to the right of the page?, thereby making the page scroll for ages

Hi,
If you use the [ c o d e ] or [ p h p ] delimiter around code, the lines there are not wrapped. Thus, if you have a long line of code, the page becomes very wide. Keep it n mind when posting code: Manually add some linebreaks where possible.

tags
Normal posts won't do that, unless there's some code/php somewhere on the page.
