field with decimal positions?

i use phpmyadmin to set up databases in mysql.
i cannot find out how to create a field with the definition int(11,4)
ie 11 with 4 decimals i wish to use this field to store the microtime()?
dose anyone know the simple solution of a mysql function that creates a time fraction, i dont think there is one on my version?
