Parse Error

Hi,

I just downloaded the latest PHP file for Windows's IIS and installed it. Since then, everytime a user clicks on SUBMIT button, they see this error...

Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_ENCAPSED_AND_WHITESPACE, expecting ']' in C:\Inetpub\NKT Support Web Site\emailform.php on line 4

Please help as I am not aware why the issue existed when in my previous version (4.xxx), everything was working fine.

I have attached the php file for review.
