Of course you do, and Nutrinopets.com has an open position for a PHP/MySQL programmer. Since Nutrinopets has already been established, we will need you mostly for maintenance work. Your position would start ASAP, maintaining the scripts, and integrating new ones with the site. This is a casual project collaboration, and we will not need you on site etc…

Nutrinopets is one of the largest Internet pet communities, harboring almost 30,000 users, and it is still expanding rapidly. You will be joining an extremely talented staff of artists, Flash game developers, and one fellow PHP/MySQL programmer. Intermediate to advanced experience with PHP/MySQL is required to join our team, and Flash is a plus, though it is not necessary.

Keep in mind that we cannot currently pay you, but this is a great opportunity to program a high-traffic website, which can be added to your portfolio.

I think an explicit imprimatur from a mod would be a good thing in a case like this - something better than just the poster saying "I have permission. Trust me."
