print/echo all html? Is there a better way?

Is there a way to do something similar:

if ($_SESSION['member']!==2) { 
    header("Location: [url]http://www.google.com.au[/url]");
}else{
    *CONTINUE TO PARSE ALL EXISTING HTML*
}

or must it be done with print/echo commands?
