need piece of code or orientation

Hi

i'm building an online store and i want the following feature:

the customer can go to a form and choose how much he wants to spent.

what i want is a piece of code or any orientation to do this.

the scritps goes to the MySQL DB and automatically chooses some products until the amount that the customer have choose.

Can someone help me?
