html question?? or else?

Morning all,
i am building a web site: when i am viewing the web site from diffrenent computers, my graphics start to look crazy, they are totaly out of place...how is that? how can i fix that?
For example : when i am viewing from one computer it is just regular, when from anotehr..the graphics are not under each otehr but totally out of order...
help?

I figured out when i change resolutions at the computer, it changes the graphics apperance..if i want my graphics to look the same at any resolution, what should i do?

I fixed the problem, my tables were done with :
<table="50%"> instead of using <table="50"> for pixels.
Apperently when someone use % it goes well only with the specific resolution, so save method is to convert all the tables/frames to pixels side (fixed).
