brower cookie feature set up

You can set up the brower either accept cookie or not accept cookie, right?

Any other set up can make cookie works differently on your brower?

Say the limitations of the cookie can be used is the less than the regular set up?

Or the cookie time to live is different? I set up the cookie to be alive as the session is still open. Either the brower close or client sign off, then the cookie will disappear.
