PHP with MMSC CMG API?

I'm currently on an MMS project which require connection to CMG MMSC. Our team already started gathering API's and documentations on CMG MMSC on Java. But I can't help wondering if PHP also have API for CMG MMSC.....

Having worked with PHP for 6 months now, I'm quite reluctant in shifting back to Java (which I also had at least 2 years programming experience) and I'm trying to consider PHP for CMG MMSC connection (to broaden my experience with PHP, coz I already worked on MMS with Java before,last year 2002)

If anyone Knows if PHP can handle it, I really would appreciate source codes, tips, installations of libraries(if any), configurations (if any).

Sorry, didn't catch what you mean.

On your sig, I saw "[e-mail]", Is jabber a big thing now there? Here its unexplored mostly, but we used Jabber to communicate with MSN IM, with Java as the VAS application for SMS. Basically, it was to make MSN IM on SMS GSM phones, Jabber as the middle application to communicate with MSN IM.

Anyway, our team already decided to use Java, actually I decided to push through with Java because I miss my good ol Java days.

But I still would like to know if PHP can Handle VAS Apps CMG MMSC connections, it would be a welcome alternative. Something new to learn is always a good thang!!! :-P
