recommend a php helpdesk script?

Can anyone recommend a good helpdesk script written in PHP?

Open source and free would be ideal, but I'm willing to consider commercial options as well. I don't need anything super complicated, but flexibility/customizability is important.

i can't personally recommend any, but since nobody has replied, I thought I'd ask you if you've checked out hotscripts.com? They have a lot of various scripts and I believe they even have user-ratings. Maybe that will help you.
