Hi there
i have a problim .... when i made a site alot of the sites copy my contant and paste it in there site .. the problim is the contant i have i have years to collect it

is there anyway useing php to product the contant from stealing ?

people can read the contant yes but i dont want them to copy and paste them in there site
and i dont want them to look at the source of the page
i dont know

copying and pasting is client-side operation; not server side. PHP, being server-side, wouldn't be able to help you out with this. Javascript however has a few things that can help with this; but you'll need to do a search. You can check javascripts.com or other javascript sites.

content theft is a serious problem. If you can find the people that are stealing your content, I would send a letter of copyright infringement as long as your content has the © symbol.

On the prevention level, check out register.com and do a WHOIS search. Notice that all of the text is a graphic ?!? ------you can't copy and paste. (This can be done easily with GD).

That would also make it more difficult for people who use text to speech programs to read your website though (presumably disabled people?)

Keep in mind though that breaking the Javascript protection is pretty easy..
