I have heard of php builders like php-nuke and phpbb
i have no idea which one to use, can someone suggest one to me? I am a complete newbie.
What do you mean by builders? Those are just scripts, and are not used to create php. They are end products. nuke is a content management system and phpbb is a forum.
phpbb = forum php-nuke = whole website post-nuke = whole website
