<a href="javascript:window.external.addFavorite('http://www.civicspot.com', 'CIVICSPOT.com') class="regular"><font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">ADD
okay thats a link to have 'add to favorites' link and for some reason its not interpreting the class if I highlight the link. Any way I can fix this so it can be in the right CSS
You're forgetting the closing quote on the href.
CSS stuff is ... umm... how should I best describe it... hierarchical? When you specify the class and you have FONT tag after it, the CSS will be overwritten with whatever set in the FONT. So, review your code.
