PHPBuilder.com have a contract with Dice that doesn't allow them to host job openings. There are no exceptions to this.

that probably wouldn't work either, we could always try making it all an animated gif and have it blink off and on and different colors too, but at any rate, it will always be hard to keep some of these clowns off the board for this purpose

This is not a job opening. I am a freelance designer looking for someone to help me out with some php projects that I currently have on my plate. I know someone who has used this forum in the past to locate someone that could help.

No. Of course not.

It would be collaborating on a paid project from a client.

Maybe you should just get to know a few people here. Eventually you'll get to know them, know how they code etc, then PM and ask them that way... PMing Job Posting isnt a crime here as far as i know.
