PHP update and GD/MIng

Hi all

I got an update to a Windows based program I use for local development, called Nusphere.

The version of PHP supplied with it, is 4.0.2

I am just wondering

a) what do I need to download to update it to version 4.3.x
and
b) where can find a decent windows based tutorial on how to install GD and Ming aswell?
