Not trying to sound rude here... I understand this is the newbies forum, but I have some questions for you...
What do you know about php? How in depth do you want the search to go? Do you have your tables setup already?
The reason I ask, is because what you are asking for is basic php and mySQL skills... (SELECT statements in mySQL, basic result array displays, etc...)
You could try searching on HotScripts website for a basic search engine, and you will find many premade ones there... Once you find one, install it, and run it. If you have troubles, come back and post your problems...
Generally, this forum is really for helping others, not creating for others...
