PHP Compatibility with Windows Server 2003

Hi,

I am having problems running PHP on Windows Server 2003 with IIS 6.0. I tried installing PHP with the windows installation and through manual installation, but I keep getting 404 error each time.

I've already configured my site to use php extensions and checked the 'Check if File exist' in the configuration, but to no avail.

I'm just wondering could it be that PHP cannot be supported IIS 6.0? It works well on my existing Windows 2000 servers.

I haven't heard of any compatibility problems.
404 is page not found. You may be pointing to the wrong directory. Change the index page of your web root to php and try phpinfo()

I already tested out with a test.htm file and the directory works fine. Then I tested out a test.php file with phpinfo(); in it.. it didnt work. Does IIS 6 support PHP in CGI-mode? could that be a problem?

And if it is, and i have to switch to ISAPI mode.. would it be suitable for commercial purposes? cos i heard ISAPI crashes system and stuff.
